Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Note: Placing an order does not mean it will ship the same day. All orders are subject to a 1–2 business day processing time before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs)

Lost or Delayed Packages

Casa de Milagros is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot issue refunds for items lost or delayed by third-party carriers.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
