At Casa de Milagros Spiritual Wonders, all sales are final. Due to the personal, spiritual, and often custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

We encourage all customers to review product and service details carefully before completing their purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to read item descriptions.

  • No Exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges for products or services once a purchase has been made.

  • No Returns: All items—physical or digital—are sold as-is and may not be returned, whether used or unused.

Spiritual Services

All spiritual readings, consultations, and metaphysical services are time- and energy-based. Once a booking is confirmed and/or the service has been rendered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. These services are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes, as results vary based on individual circumstances, spiritual alignment, and the nature of divination itself.

Handcrafted & Metaphysical Products

Our products are often handmade, spiritually prepared, or consecrated. Variations in appearance, scent, or packaging are normal and not grounds for refund. Energetic items such as baths, candles, oils, and kits are also final sale due to their personal and spiritual nature.

Digital Products

All digital content, including downloadable guides, readings, or spiritual messages, is non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take care in packaging your items securely. If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue, but resolution is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis. This does not include damage caused by the carrier or errors due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
