John the Conqueror incense is traditionally used in spiritual and folk practices for strength, success, personal power, confidence, overcoming obstacles, victory, luck, and achieving goals. It is commonly burned during prayer, intention work, altar work, or rituals focused on gaining the upper hand and pushing through difficult circumstances.
